This Privacy Policy explains how Whoopulse ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. Whoopulse is developed by Pixora.

1. Information We Collect

Whoopulse is a companion app for compatible fitness bands and collects the following categories of information:

• Band sensor data: heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep periods, motion/activity, and battery status, read directly from your band over Bluetooth.
• Training data: session start/stop times, duration, and heart-rate-zone breakdowns that you generate while using the App.
• Device & usage data: basic device information and in-app usage events, collected automatically via Firebase Analytics, to help us understand feature usage and improve the App.
• Advertising identifiers: Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may collect advertising identifiers and interaction data to serve and measure ads within the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display live and historical health & fitness metrics within the App.
• To connect to and communicate with your paired band over Bluetooth.
• To understand how the App is used so we can fix issues and improve features (Firebase Analytics).
• To serve advertising within the App and measure ad performance (Google AdMob).

3. Data Storage

Band sensor data and training history are primarily stored locally on your device. Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics are processed by Firebase (Google). We do not sell your personal health data.

4. Third-Party Services

Whoopulse uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob: policies.google.com/technologies/ads

5. Bluetooth & Permissions

The App requests Bluetooth permissions solely to discover, connect to, and read sensor data from your fitness band. Location permission, where required by the operating system for Bluetooth scanning, is used only to enable device discovery and is not used to track your whereabouts.

6. Children's Privacy

Whoopulse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Choices

You can disable Bluetooth permissions, limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings, or uninstall the App at any time to stop all data collection.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
